How long will a Syracuse driveway or patio last?
A properly built concrete driveway can last 30 years or more when it is resealed on schedule. That life comes from what goes under the finish, and from picking the finish that suits the job. These are the three we pour most.

Concrete driveways
New driveways and full replacements built for plow blades, road salt and Syracuse freeze-thaw, with an optional stamped apron. We never pour over old asphalt.

Broom-finish concrete
Brushed concrete for pool decks, patios, walkways and driveways: stable, smooth underfoot and fewer weeds in the joints than pavers.
What goes under every slab
All of our concrete is built with old-world practices, and the spec does not change from one job to the next.

Concrete that is already down and needs a fresh seal, a new colour or a new surface over the old one.
Concrete sealingAcrylic, urethane or siloxane sealers rated from 3 to 5 years up to 10, with the option to recolour stamped concrete while it is resealed.
Concrete overlaysA stamped overlay laid over a worn or cracked patio, pool deck, driveway or walkway: salt-resistant, customizable and a fraction of the cost of tearing it out.
Stained concreteAcid stains from earth tones to vibrant hues on interior floors, patios and driveways, inside and out.

What sits under and around the finish: floors and pads, steps, retaining walls and firepits.
Floors, pads and garage coatingsBasement, garage and barn floors installed, repaired and maintained, with full excavation and site work included, plus epoxy coatings for garage floors.
